Journey With Us
Thursday, May 4th

8:30 AM-4:30 PM

Enjoy springtime in Wisconsin's rural countryside and experience two unique cheese factories. Known for their award-winning cheddars, Henning's Cheese offers a self-guided tour through the old museum before viewing Cheddar and String cheese-making videos. Enjoy cheese samples. Their warm curds are made fresh each day and fresh breaded cheese curds are available for deep-frying.

Continue to LaClare Goat Farms (as seen on PBS Wisconsin Foodie) where you will have a buffet lunch in their Cafe using locally-raised ingredients. The Farmstead Creamery makes more than 10 different cheeses from goat, sheep and cow milk. The Retail Shoppe offers a wide variety of Wisconsin Artisan cheese along with ice cream, wine and craft beer. After an introduction from one of the owners, visitors can take a self-guided tour of this remarkable farm.

$79 includes private motorcoach, visits to Henning's Cheese Store & Museum, LaClare Goat Farms, and Buffet lunch with ice cream cone, tax & gratuity. Organized and hosted by Charlene & Oswald Lettrari, Sunflower Journeys.
